Abstract
An intraneural hemangioma of the peroneal nerve is quite a rare disease with only 2 case reports in the literature. In this article, we have presented a 39-year-old male patient with a peroneal nerve intraneural hemangioma. The patient presented to our clinic with hypoesthesia on the dorsal aspect of the foot and with weakness in dorsiflexion of the ankle one day later after undergoing a puncture at another clinic due to swelling and pain at the level of the head of the fibula and at the peroneal nerve track. MRI revealed a mass with a hyperintense signaling pattern on the T1, T2 and fat-suppressed sequences at the peroneal nerve bifurcation. The surgical resection and histopathological examination confirmed the presence of the intraneural hemangioma. During follow up, it is seen that the clinic dramatically got well. There were no recurrences in the MRI in the 2 years of follow-up.follow-up.

Key words: Intraneural, hemangioma, peroneal, nerve
